The objective of Labels is to print the award labels and deck cards.

Labels
Labels are found in WinSwim at the menu Meet > Labels and Deck Cards....
Export Dialog
Other than printing on paper, you can export reports to a multitude of different formats. You may see some export types in the picture below that are not present on your installation. Each of these export formats must have a special device driver from Crystal Reports.
Options
Below are a series of optional options that can be specified mostly to restrict what is displayed or change the order.
Filters
The labels normally print for all entries. But, with the filters you can specify a restricted list based on selection from any of Session, Stroke, AgeGroup, Distance, Sex and EventType.
Display with times only
By selecting this check box the labels will only be displayed that have Times > 0.
Exclude Not Places
By selection gthis check box the labels with Times > 0 and not placed will be excluded.
Participation Labels
Participation labels are generated for non-placed swimmers that are under a certain age group. This is usefull for printing a label showing the swimmer participated and the time achieved.
Sort Fields
The labels are normally printed in the Event, Heat, Lane and Leg order or the order of the entries. This give you the ability to change the order.

This is a gallery of some of the deck cards that are available.
